Wireless customers are difficult. That is putting it mildly. Sometimes I just want to shake people and ask them what they are thinking. Hello, I have feelings. Stop badgering me. One of these days I am going to just blow up at someone. Stop It!

I just had a woman, who was more a man than some of the guys I know. Her phone keeps dropping calls. It has obviously been damaged. Tell me, if you throw your phone against a wall, do you really expect it to work properly? Buddy, you are such an imbecile.

The other thing that is pissing me off is this merger. What poor frigging planning. I was scheduled Monday off, now I have to work a hell shift and then go to Hallowell for training on Tuesday. Make that two hell shifts...One Monday and One Wednesday. AAGH!
